Personal training takes place at my full equipped ‘at home’ garden gym studio. My personal training programs start with an assessment of your current fitness levels, posture and how your body currently moves. We will work together to set an exercise training program personalised to your fitness goals and working to strengthen all parts of your body. Whether you want to achieve weight loss and body re-composition, get stronger, gain weight or simply improve your health, I can help. You have my full attention for every minute of your session with me, ensuring perfect technique in your movements and optimum results.
My mix of qualifications and experience allows me to tailor a structured program which is unique for you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
I can offer nutritional consultation alongside all my types of training. I can evaluate your current dietary habits and aid you in making changes to achieve your health goals in both the short and long term.

1-2-1 personal training Personal training focussed solely on you and achieving your fitness goals.
Pair personal training Sessions for two people that can be adapted so that you follow the same or slightly different programs depending on each of your personal needs.
Zoom personal training Personal training in zoom sessions for those who live further afield or would prefer this option.
Personal Training during & after pregnancy
Pre-natal personal training Allowing you to continue to train safely throughout your pregnancy and maintain your fitness. We adapt your program in each trimester and prepare you for birth and beyond.
Post-natal training In these sessions we get you back to peak strength post birth, working on your core and pelvic floor, and achieve your post birth fitness goals.
Post injury and physiotherapy personal training
Corrective exercise personal training Post any injury physiotherapy or if you have a long term ‘niggle’ or muscle issue, these sessions will help you to get back to peak fitness levels without the worry of re-injury. I work with you to strengthen and activate any weak muscles and iron out any body imbalances caused by your injury.
