I’m Emma and I am passionate about the positive effect exercise has on our wellbeing from both a physical and mental perspective.
As a working mum of two, I fully understand the different pressures daily life can have on our ability to look after and prioritise our health.
My aim is to help you find a sustainable exercise and nutritional program, one that becomes a natural part of your day-to-day life, enabling you to smash your initial goals and then continue to maintain or work towards new ones. Whether you want to achieve weight loss and body re-composition, get stronger or simply improve your health, I can help.
I work from my private fitness studio at my home in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire providing 1-1 and 2-1 sessions on site as well as an online option and teach group fitness classes in the local area. My mix of qualifications and experience allows me to tailor a structured program which is unique for you.
My personal loves are heavy strength training, HIIT training and spinning. Away from the fitness world I enjoy outdoor adventures with my family and time spent with friends.
