Classes

My current classes are specifically tailored towards women. For those looking to improve their fitness and strength post birth or just looking to get leaner and fitter in general. All of my classes allow you to bring babies and young children with you, so no need for childcare.

Emma is a professional and knowledgeable fitness trainer who has really helped me regain my fitness after having my 3rd baby. The bootcamp and buggyfit classes I attend are hard work but fun and always run smoothly thanks to Emma!
